Author's Note: This story started out as a drabble for Alli. But I got a cute idea for it, so I'm writing a story little chapter story.
Author's Note II: Sorry it's not as long as I would've liked, Alexmuse wasn't as talkative as I would've liked him to be.
“Alex what do we need to talk about?” Alli asked biting her lip as Alex looked at her nervously “I’m kinda talked out right now.”
“Well I am too, but Joe and AJ--”
“Joe and AJ,” Alli said nodding “I knew they would be doing this to us, I can’t believe them I don’t--”
“Alli,” Alex said quickly holding her shoulders looking her directly in the eyes as he looked at her
seriously. “This is nothing to be worried about.”
“Oh thank god,” Alli sighed resting her hands on his arms, closing her eyes she took a deep breath. “I
thought you were going to break this off.”
“Well,” Alex said quietly “What exactly is this?”
“Meaning what?” Alli said quickly pushing him away from her.
“Look,” He said shoving his hands in his pockets biting his lip “We technically just met, jumped into
bed together and what does that leave us?”
“I don’t really know,” She said biting her lip avoiding his gaze “Well it just leaves us room to get to
know each other you know?”
“You mean a relationship going backwards?” Alex asked shaking his head “That wouldn’t work.”
“Says you,” Alli said glaring “Look Alex, I really think we have something here, we could, you know we could try to get this to work.”
“How?” He asked laughing quietly.
“I don’t know start over, pretend we didn’t sleep together, get to know each other, so we can date?” Alli asked hopefully.
“I don’t know if I can forget that we slept together,” Alex grinned moving closer to her as she blushed under his gaze.
“I don’t think I would be able to either,” She said biting her lip as he pulled her closer, but she held her ground “But we should do that, you know? Avoid sleeping together get to know each other and if
the attraction is still there, you know maybe we can do it again.”
“Don’t make me wait,” Alex groaned kissing her roughly. “Can we start this perhaps in a few days?”
“Why not now?” Alli asked as Alex ran his hands through her hair.
“Because I want you one last time,” Alex grinned.
“Sorry,” Alli laughed shaking her head pushing him away “You were going to break up with me, but
decided against it when I came up with the idea right?”
“Well yea,” Alex said blushing rubbing the back of his neck. “But I knew it wasn’t the right thing to
do!”
“Of course,” Alli said rubbing his arm “What ever you say babe.”
“Okay so what are we going to do?” He asked nervously “I mean, I’m not good with—never mind.”
“No tell me, my relationships aren’t very—good, I want this one to last,” She grinned as Alex smiled.
“Well suppose that’s something we have in common,” Alex laughed “My last—um—couple of relationships really haven’t gone to my planning either.”
“Oh no planning,” She said shaking her head “We’re just going to let this one take it’s course.”
“Good plan,” He smiled wrapping his arm around her shoulder “Now what are we going to do?”
“I have no earthly idea,” She laughed as they walked out into the hall. “Should we inform our friends
of our decision?”
“Might as well, they’ll be all over it in no time I’m sure,” Alex smiled kissing the top of her head.
Slowly they walked down the hall toward AJ’s locker room where they know that everyone would be gathered in. When they got a few feet away they heard yelling and exchanged worried glances and hurried their pace along. It seemed like the hall way was completely empty, that everyone had ran away when the argument began.
“Just tell me!” They heard AJ as they neared the door.
“I told you I don’t want to talk about it!” Alli and Alex heard Meagan yell through the cracked door. From where they were standing they could see into the locker room. Meagan was sitting down in a chair next to Joe with AJ glaring at the both of them running his hand hurriedly through his hair as he paced around the room.
