Side Note: I'm so sorry this chapter is WAY short, but I just couldn't think of anything.

Katie woke up from her nap a little later than she expected too, she rolled over and looked at the clock and noticed it was four o’clock. She sighed as she sat up on the edge of her bed, pushing herself off of the bed. Slowly dragging her feet she walked over to the full length mirror on the back of the bed room door. She frowned as she looked at herself in the mirror.
She knew she wouldn’t be showing for a while, but still she surveyed herself in the mirror. She didn’t know what to think, she would have the baby obviously, but she didn’t know how anyone would take it. Her parents were already furious that she had a baby before she was married. Her parents did love Kira, but were disappointed at the time she had her. A knocked sounded on the door as she jumped.
“Katie?” Came Daniel’s voice.
“Yes Daniel,” She said opening the door a crack.
“Oh you’re awake,” He said smiling at her, as the opened the door to let him in. “I was coming to wake
you, you still look exhausted are you sure you’re okay?”
“Yeah I’m fine no need to worry,” She said brushing away his question. “I just haven’t been sleeping well lately.”
“Oh would you like to go back to sleep then?” Daniel asked “I figured we’d just get some take out.”
“No I’m fine for now,” Katie smiled “I’d love some take out.”
“Good,” Daniel smiled slipping his arm around her waist as they walked down the stairs to the living room.
Kira was playing quietly in her play pen as Daniel and Katie took a seat on the couch in front of
the TV. Daniel wrapped his arm around her shoulders as she leaned in the crook of his arm. It was like old times when they first started dating. She was happy, she smiled as Daniel laughed at the program they were watching. She decided at that moment to hold off on the news, what Daniel didn’t know couldn’t hurt him.
Kelly came walking down the stairs as she tucked a stray hair behind her ear. She walked into the living room and smiled at Robert sitting with his back to her flipping through the channels on the TV. He had been here for almost a year and Kelly and never seen him decide on a show.
“Nothing on TV babe,” Kelly laughed.
“No,” He frowned “You American’s have nothing good on TV; you should at least get the BBC,”
“We do hun,” Kelly said laughing “it’s called PBS.”
“That has like three shows,” He said flipping off the TV and standing up. “We need to get something with
BBC.”
“You’ll have the BBC again in less than 24 hours,” Kelly said wrapping her arms around his neck.
“Thank god,” He smiled at her “I haven’t watched a decent show in a year.”
She smiled up at him as he leaned down and kissed her. He picked her off the ground as he walked
her to the couch. He placed her down gently as he sat on top of her, she giggled as she glanced up at him.
“Robert I’m exhausted already,” She sighed.
“Please,” Robert said innocently.
“No,” Kelly laughed pushing him back.
Robert frowned and climbed off of her and sat at her feet, folding his arms in frustration. Kelly smiled as she sat up and rested her head in Robert’s lap as he brushed back the hair from her face. They laid like that for a while, before Kelly reached over and turned on the TV. Robert let out a big sign as she started flipping through the channels.
Katie walked into the kitchen as Daniel was laying out the Chinese food they ordered for dinner. She was starving; she took a seat next to baby Kira in her highchair. Kira had already eaten but it was too early for her to go to bed. Katie grabbed the box of rice from the middle of the table and dumped some of it on her plate.
Daniel watched her load up her plate with food. He looked at her for a moment, he knew he was dwelling on it but he knew something was wrong with her, and he wanted to find out what. He sighed as he grabbed the chicken box and filled his plate.
Katie felt Daniel watching her and she blushed a little, she knew how persistent Daniel was with things involving her. She didn’t mind it, but she found it highly annoying at times. She glanced at him out of the corner of her eye, as he looked away. She sighed; she knew this wouldn’t be able to go on for ever. And she knew, that once Katie and Robert arrived it wouldn’t stop, she figured Daniel would’ve asked them for help.
She leaned back in her chair as she took a deep breath, in a matter of days, it would be out.
